A blend of calming essential oils :

• Lavender - Promotes tranquility and helps us to let go of stress and anxiety. It calms the emotions and promotes harmony.
• Bergamot - Known for its uplifting and refreshing aroma that promotes positivity and optimism. It is recommended whenever we feel overwhelmed and lost confidence in life.
• Petitgrain - Has an uplifting effect on our mood and is also useful for alleviating stress and anxiety. It is recommended whenever we feel fragile and vulnerable, and gives us courage and strength to move forward, encouraging positive outcomes during difficult and challenging times.
• Frankincense - Is spiritually elevating and helps reduce anxiety. It calms and focuses our mind and opens our consciousness to create a mindful, meditative state in which we can experience and integrate divine wisdom.

    Perfect to self-soothe and relax

    This is a dreamy scent which I do quite love at night time, but soft enough to use day or night. It has lavender undertones, but not overly strong, and it does invoke a sense of calm and tranquillity to its names' sake. Can recommend.

    Tranquility is what I experienced indeed.

    Abosoboutely beautiful.

    I used this for the first time recently after watching the whole presentation of the "Stoic Collection Introduction Presentation", by Sal . I had been eagerly awaiting the purchase of the Stoic Collection and it is not only beautiful but "Effective". I use it in our living area at night and find it very calming without falling asleep. We have found we have been having a great night sleep. Our fur baby is much the better for it as well. Thank you Perfect Potion.
