Forest Bathing Essential Oil Blend

Forest bathing is the Japanese practice of spending time in the forest, nourishing the body, mind and soul.

Researchers have confirmed many of the healing benefits of forest bathing are due to the phytocides released by the plants in the forest. It turns out that these phytocides are the essential oils found in the forest plants. Furthermore, it has been found that inhaling essential oils from these trees and plants found in the forest elicits the same benefits as the actual practice of forest bathing.
